The way of the tension and the screen printing mesh polyester:
There are two kinds, one is the tension and the polyester screen printing mesh fabric, the other is oblique tension and Polyester Screen Printing Mesh.
1. The tension and the screen printing mesh fabric: The method is the silk screen, parallel and perpendicular to the net frame of four sides.
Advantages and Disadvantages: The use of the tension and the net can reduce the screen waste. However, in the color printing using this tension and net way easy to appear moire, so the color printing should be used in a diagonal tension network.
2. Skew-Tension screen printing mesh: In the printing precision requirements of higher color printing, the need to use the diagonal cross-tension network method. The choice of the tension and the net angle has the direct influence to the printing quality, the tension wind angle chooses does not fit, will appear the moire. Therefore, the general reproduction of the printing, often used in the tension and the network angle is 20~35°, in the printing of high resolution items, due to the use of high mesh number, so the tension and network angle to match, in order to effectively prevent the moire.
