Filter Cloth Pack

The Filtration Division of SPRING not only designs and produces precision woven fabrics but has the ability to engineer them into finished or partly finished products. Our specially designed processing equipment together with our experience and expertise enables us to provide fabrics cut to size and high quality custom fabricated parts, in almost any requested shape.

Some examples of our fabrication capabilities are: Ultrasonic Plotting, Stamping and Shaping These processes are ideal for low volume, high tolerance parts that require completely sealed edges.

Sewing We can supply a wide range of sewn products (bags, sleeves and belts) and many edging, joining and reinforcing solutions.

Ultrasonic sealing Pleating Heat slitting – single or multi layer ribbons are slit with heat to provide an even sealed edge.

Ultrasonic slitting – fabrics can be slit into ribbons or welded into single or doubled seamed tubes.

Tubing – tubes can be cut to length and sealed to close one end.

Cold stamping – high volume parts can be cut to any size or shape.
