In general, wire mesh openings greater than the wire diameter of the wire mesh mesh diameter is smaller than the mesh wire mesh can reproduce a higher resolution. So the network should pay attention to the following points;

2.ink layer thickness and coverage rate For ink thick, cover rate is good, should choose thick net, hole big net (namely HD grade)
3. according to the substrate surface conditions to choose wire mesh material: curved surface or undulating surface to use a good elastic nylon mesh, absorbent surface should be elected a large amount of ink screen; smooth surface should use high tension mesh ; Rough surface with a low number of mesh; insulation surface to use in addition to static wire and so on.
